A Summer Of Endless Sand

A Summer Of Endless Sand

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of St Augustine, Ponte Vedra & The Beaches, Florida. All opinions are 100% mine.

Summer is finally coming and that means it is time to plan vacations. I would love to have a full week to get away but we are always stuck just doing small trips. Our lives are always too crazy and busy to do get away for very long. The small trips are better than nothing though.

I have moved across the country twice and been many places on vacations but I still have never been to Florida. It seems kind of odd to me. Most people see Florida as the perfect vacation and I have been everywhere but there.

St. Augustine looks like a beautiful place to go on vacation. It was founded in 1565 which makes it the oldest permanently settled city in the United States! The beautiful buildings show it's rich history which includes Spanish, Colonial, Victorian and Flagler-era.

They have beautiful golf courses and lots of shopping but I think I would just want to walk around and see the all of it's old world charm. I would also spend plenty of time on the 42 miles of sun-drenched Atlantic coastline that are all contained in St. Augustine , Ponte Vedra, and the Beaches.Who would want to plan out a whole trip in such a relaxing place? I would rather just do whatever comes my way. Even the hotels have an interesting charm. Check out this vanity area in the Castillo Real. Definitely not the average plain and boring hotel.
